Emmanuel "Manny" Anthou

Manny Anthou is a lifetime resident of Washington County, PA. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University at State College, PA  in 1985 and  Juris Doctor Degree from The Duquesne University School of Law at Pittsburgh, PA in 1990. He served as an Assistant District Attorney and Criminal Prosecutor in the Office of the District Attorney of Washington County, PA from 1990-1993. 

He also became a REALTOR and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson 1986 and obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1990. He is currently an Associate Broker and Team Leader with The Anthou Real Estate Team at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, Peters Township Office. 

Mr. Anthou can also communicate effectively with clients in several different languages, English, Greek, French, and Spanish.

Patti Marth

Patti Marth is a Certified Paralegal and Office Manager at both Anthou Legal and South Hills Settlements, Inc. She is also a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson on the Anthou Real Estate Team of REALTORS of COLDWELL BANKER REAL ESTATE SERVICES, in the Peters Township, PA Office.
